Public Administration shall give a greater attention to its collection in the future especially due to the \u201cnew accounting\u201d regulation entered into force on 1st January 2016 which prevents Italian Public Administration from spending uncollected amount. Consequently, municipalities shall face new issues connected with their cash flow.<\/strong><\/p>\n

By this reform, municipalities are forced to create a fund for doubtful receivables and sets aside amounts to cover capital and tax revenues which are expected not to be collected.\u00a0\u00a0 It clearly emerges that by the prior voluntary and enforced collection do not lead to satisfactory results as to both timing and percentage of collection, particularly when the amounts of enforced collection are low.<\/p>\n
